DAFx is committed to supporting under-represented groups and increasing diversity and inclusion within the conference, as well as helping those in need of financial support. Thanks to our platinum sponsor we are offering grants for travel and accommodation, or registration fee waivers.
To be eligible, you need to be an author of a paper accepted at DAFx25. You don’t necessarily need to be first author of the paper. If additional funds are available, we will also be able to support prospective participants who do not have a paper accepted at DAFx25.
The grants will be assigned based on need. Priority will be given to authors who have no co-authors participating to the conference and require financial support (participation not supported by an institution) or come from an under-represented group (for example due to gender, ethnicity, or disability).

We take data protection seriously. Special category data (e.g. race, ethnicity, sexual orientation) may be optionally provided to the organizer to help evaluating your status. Your data will be used only to allocate grants, and will be seen only by the Committee, and deleted after the conference. You may withdraw consent or request your data at any time.
