Fees and included benefits

The registration fee includes all conference events (scientific sessions, as well as social ones). It also includes refreshments and the following meals: lunch on September 2-5, a welcome dinner reception on Sept. 2, a social banquet on Sept. 3 and a last dinner reception on Sept. 4. It also includes musical events (TBA).

The total number of participants is limited, last minute registrations may not be allowed. Please be aware that all papers must have at least one author with a full or student registration paid before July 15th.

The following fees apply:

All prices in EURO. Prices include Italian VAT.

To start the registration please purchase one of the items below, fill all the required information and proceed to checkout. Please note that the invoice will be issued by Beta Eventi Srl, our partner who is in charge of all the administrative workload.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellations must be submitted in writing to the Conference organizers via the contact information provided on the Conference website. In case of cancellation by an author or participant, a refund request may be submitted no later than August 1, 2025. If the cancellation request is received on or before August 1, 2025, the registration fee will be refunded in full, minus a €75 administration fee. No refunds will be granted for cancellation requests received after August 1, 2025, regardless of circumstances.

Substitution Policy

If a registered participant is unable to attend, a substitution may be made by providing written notice to the Conference organizers, including full contact details of the substitute participant. The substitute should be a co-author of the participant who is unable to attend. Substitution requests that do not meet these criteria are not automatically accepted and will be subject to approval at the sole discretion of the organizers. Substitutions may be made at no additional cost until August 31, 2025. After this date, substitutions may not be guaranteed
